Excellent - Really nice entry level laptop. Pretty much everything set-up when it arrives, it looks good and just works like it says it will. Good set of features and components, typical Sony quality, the screen in particular is bright and v. clear. Bought one for my daughter for christmas, with 1 hour we had added ITunes and MSN and were registered, updated and ready to go.
